Brian Mahoney ( @compelum) and Neal Schaffer (@nealschaffer)  put together an excellent conference. I particularly liked the format. It consisted of series of panel discussions where the participants shared their views and real life stories on a variety of subjects of how they manage social media with their companies or for their clients. Panelists were a good mix of in-house, consultants and vendors of social media tools.
